• All jewelry is custom-made and production begins once payment is received.

• Customization Details: Customers are responsible for entering their name or custom text correctly at checkout.

• Changes & Cancellations: Due to the nature of personalized products, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an issue caused by us.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos for review.

• Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is defective or does not match the order details.

• All images, logos, and content on ESMIK EH are owned by us and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
